Bak Chor Mee is the perfect food.

Bak Chor mee is the most complete meal available
It contains most of the major food groups:
1. Carbohydrates => Mee
2. Protein => bak chor, meat balls, etc
3. Iron => tir kwa
4. Fibre => the veggies, seaweed
5. Fat => just about everything
while some food groups are in great quantity, who cares?? top that off with a fruit juice and you're set!
